Are you an MSP?
No, CKTS is not a Managed Service Provider. Our flexible contracts are based on hourly task delivery. If you are looking to outsource responsibilities like maintenance, monitoring, and helpdesk support, we can help you find an appropriate partner in your area.
How do we partner with your agency?
Simply contact our team and share your vision. We will promptly develop a strategic plan and deliver a proposal with pricing; all in clear language that anyone can understand.
Are you paid to promote certain products?
No. Suggestions are based exclusively on our clients’ needs, and endorsements would be the result of personal experience or research. We only suggest products and services that we would (or do) use ourselves.
Do you fix computers?
While we do not consider ourselves a repair shop, we are happy to provide technical support for computers and mobile devices at our standard rate. In fact, many engagements will assume a limited amount of support by nature.
What is pricing like?
We offer competitive and negotiable pricing that aligns with our competitors, but working with us will come with fewer disadvantages (no big-business inefficiencies; no markup on materials).
Will your consultants come to my location?
Yes. However, the vast majority of engagements are executed remotely to keep costs down. Some organizations will benefit from in-person visits; others will not.
Do you sell hardware or software?
No. We configure hardware and software. We also offer consulting and brokerage services to help you choose the right partners and products; no markups, no commissions, no kickbacks.
How does billing work?
Letters of engagement will be invoiced monthly. Fixed-cost project invoices come due as milestones are completed. Retainers are paid in advance with no sneaky auto-renewals. Learn more
Will you have access to my accounts and data?
CKTS takes security and privacy very seriously. Granting your trusted consultant temporary administrative access will be the most efficient method of engagement, but we are happy to work with any access model required to meet your needs.
